Don't know if you saw the rally in Seattle, but one of my personal all time favorites Xavier McDaniel was out in the streets with the fans rallying on behalf of Seattle. It's great to see a player even after his playing days are done to stay loyal to the fans who supported him for so many years.
Part of me feels like the NBA/Stern wanted this to happen after seeing the success the Hornets had in OKC, Key Arena was remodeled less than 15 years ago, if the league was committed to Seattle they never would have approved the sale to this OKC based owner in the first place in 2007.
